1. Delivery Areas
We ship to mainland France, the French overseas territories, and all countries within the European Union.
For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, shipping options and any applicable costs.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Free shipping is available in mainland France from €70.
Preferential shipping rates are available for European deliveries from €120, depending on the delivery zone.
5. Shipping Carriers
We mainly work with carriers such as La Poste, Colissimo, Mondial Relay and DHL, depending on the destination and the delivery method selected at checkout.
